This mindfully guided walk provides an opportunity for a renewal of energy and a sense of spiritual and emotional balance.
You can expect slow movement, periods of pausing and guided deep breathing practices.
This series is led by Kripalu Faculty, Susannah Beattie, who has a decade of experience leading outdoor mindful practices in the Berkshires.
Please wear shoes that you feel comfortable walking in on uneven terrain. All levels of experience are welcome.
